What to do if your Settlement is Rejected

If you've got to the 90 to 120 day mark, and the credit card company rejects your offer, what do you do? Nothing. Let another month go by. Remember, you have 180 days before your account charges off. Around day 120 they will start getting more flexible.

Don't take the rejection personally. The banks are just getting as tough as they can, but you'll wear them down, by just hanging in there, and keeping up the sob story.
